The tiny, big hearted son of Var, aptly named, "De Var Hyt" chalked up his 5th career win under master Jock, Piere Strydom over 1000m at Vaal Turf on Tues 17th September. The smallest horse in the race by far, De Var Hyt relished the 1000m dash and stayed on to win a good race. De Var Hyt now has a well earned break for vaccinations. Congrats to the Soru family, who have been staunch supporters of the yard.
