Whilst Moggytwoshoes has proven that she is a course specialist at Turffontein Inner and in spite of the LGRS team being convinced that she would prefer the 1450m of the Pinnacle Stakes on Thursday 20th March 2014, Moggytwoshoes was allowed to start at odds of 25 to 1.
The reason for this was the formidable form of her rivals, some of whom were group or graded race winners and placed.
This was another confident ride from stable jockey Deon Sampson. Moggytwoshoes turned into the straight in last place and Deon Sampson timed his run to perfection, as they mowed the field down, to get up in the last stride.
