Mike Wittstock and his partners in the Monte Carlo Syndicate celebrated a double on Saturday 13th December at Vaal Turf, when his filly Seventh Symphony won over 1000m under the customary brilliance of legendary jockey Piere Strydom.
It was a week where things were happening in two's for Mike, after his daughter, Princess Charlene of Monaco had given birth to twins. The LGRS team were proud to have produced for the effervescent, passionate Owner and his Syndicate.
Another to celebrate a good day was Phil Kahan and his Alchemy Stud. They bred Seventh Symphony and also the runner up in the race. A few weeks ago, the Alchemy were also successful with Unparalleled, who won the Gr 1 Dingaans and they followed up on the same day with Louis the King's great win in the Gr.1 Summer Cup.
The other partners in Seventh Symphony are Devin Badal,Ganas Chetty, Coenie Klopper, Warren van Der Vyver , Patrick Lee Chung and also Phil Kahan who kept a share in the filly. The LGRS team thanks all of the Owners for their loyal support of the yard.
