With merit rating as the handicapping medium nowadays, the end result is that the handicappers stop good horses and multiple winners are far and few between.
Trip Tease notched up his fourth win in a row on Thursday 8th May, 2014 at Vaal Sand over 1000m.
Confidently ridden by Deon Sampson, Trip Tease won by 2 lengths in the MR96 race.
Another win for the Soru family and for Zandvliet Stud/Dan De Wet.
If the handicappers don’t try and stop Trip Tease, who was the obvious line horse, he may win another race or two.
