Well, the LGRS team finally cracked the first win in the colours of Louis’ son Christopher. The black and gold colours are emblazoned with the logo of “The Shweet Life”, a promotion company in which Christopher is involved.
Forced to race handy from a poor draw on the fast running Kimberley course by stable jockey Deon Sampson, Play Play made all the running to hold on at the line, on Monday 30th June 2014 at Flamingo Park, over 1400m.
Play Play is also a first winner for Tony Byleveld and another for stable stalwart Claude Comaroff.
