Louis and Lauren lead De Var Hyt into the No. 1 box after winning the juvenile C&G 1,000 m race at the Vaal on the 28th of June 2012. He beat what could prove to have been a crackerjack field in the future as many of his opposition were strongly fancied in betting! De Var Hyt's owners, the Soru family were delighted by the win.
